Lifecycle & Project Methodology
01. Engineering & Design
Every project begins with rigorous technical development. Our engineering team produces detailed 3D CAD models and structural drawings, applying mechanical and naval engineering principles to ensure that every component is designed for purpose — optimized for load, space, safety, and long-term durability in marine environments.
02. Steel Fabrication
From certified drawings to finished structure. We handle the full fabrication of metallic structures inhouse, cutting, welding, forming, and finishing — with strict dimensional control and quality inspection at every stage. Our fabrication meets the standards demanded by classification societies.
03. Assembly & Integration
A structure alone is not a system. Our technical team handles the complete assembly and integration of all mechanical and electrical components — motors, drive systems, electrical panels, control units, safety devices and auxiliary accessories — ensuring that every element functions as a unified, reliable whole before the equipment ever reaches onboard.
04. Onboard Installation
We mobilize directly on board, managing the full installation process in coordination with the crew, port authorities, and classification inspectors. Our team works within port schedules and maritime operational constraints to deliver a clean, safe, and compliant installation.
05. Commissioning & Handover
The project is only complete when the equipment performs. We conduct full functional testing under operational conditions, resolve any adjustments required, and hand over the system with complete technical documentation — ready for immediate use and future maintenance reference.
2
Structural Engineering & Analysis (Design by CAD Solutions)
Structural engineering analysis and design services to ensure critical infrastructure and/or specialty fabricated equipment are safe, stable and meet Class requirements.
This requires calculating how applied forces affect a structure (analysis), followed by determining the precise materials and dimensions needed to resist those forces safely (design).
We work closely with the Classification Societies for approvals and certifications.
3
Custom Fabrication & Assembly Capabilities
Custom and steel fabrication, at our workshop and \ or onboard.
Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Stainless and High-strength steel alloys such as Duplex and Super duplex.
Following ASME and AWS standards while maintaining alignment with classification societies such as DNV, Lloyds and ABS.
General structure and industrial piping spools fabrication, assembly on board vessels and oil platforms.
Usage of rope access teams for onboard installation at difficult-to-access locations.
Project Application: Design, Fabrication and Installation of Window Washing Basket for Cruise Ships.
4
Overhaul, Repair & Maintenance (Engineering | Overhaul and Repair)
Full equipment mechanical and electrical overhauls – From troubleshooting to re-assembly – We restore equipment to full operational specifications.
Corrosion Treatment and surface restauration – Abrasive blasting, surface prep and painting to maritime specifications.
Technical Documentation: Complete Inspection and CFRs (Condition Found reports) provided with every project.
Tested, Certified and delivered – Every unit of equipment leaves our workshop fully functional, documented and ready for return to service.
